A Tribute To The Artists Of New Orleans....One Year Later!

It was one year ago that the government of the United States failed in one of it's most important aspects; the protection of it's citizens. That should mean "all" of it's citizens.

That the poor Black citizens of New Orleans were failed once again, is common knowledge. It seems the Black folks always seem to get the short end of the stick.

Here is the show I did last year at this time titled, A Tribute To The Artists Of New Orleans. The show gives a complete list of the failures of the government (FEMA) at that time. It seems nothing has changed and there are now over 250,000 displaced persons from New Orleans.

The musicians of New Orleans have always been unique. So much of that great musical tradition has been lost. Perhaps, never to be recovered.

Here is the show, in it's entirety, as an anniversary message to the failures of the Bush administration.
