Matt Lucas....World Traveler!

Hi John,
We just got back home from a great trip. Flew to Munich
from Charlotte then on to London ( Two Nights) in the
west end and had Nick Sands show us all the music sites
in Soho, etc. Nick was a PR man back in the early days
and we had a ball with him.

From London it was to the Alabaster Coast of France, Normandie, then
Plymouth, Dartmoor ( And the Prison) The Moors , all the little towns
around there and Cork Ireland was next.

Of course Barb had to Kiss the Blarney stone but I told her, "Hey, don't
give it a French Kiss!!" We were on the RCCL Ship the Jewel of the Seas
and it took us 5 nights to cross to Halifax where I had friends pick us
up to do Peggys Cove, then on to Portland and Boston where we flew home.

It got pretty rough on the plane as the Hurricane was churning in the
carolinas but we made it ok.. We will be home for one week then off to
Pittsburgh, Toronto, London, Detroit and back again to get ready to go to
our place in New Mexico and points west.

I'll get to see my old buddy John Rhys of Bluepower again in Hollywood and
my new friend in Beverly Hills Peter Ford, he became my "Favorite Story
Teller" as he knows every one and everything about the Golden Days of
Hollywood. He's putting together a tribute to his dad, the GREAT Glen Ford,
to do on Cruise Ships and also has a Book coming out about his dad.
Check out his site at peterford.com.

Gotta go but email me and let me know how you are. I was saddened to learn
of the passing of Little Milton as I worked with him on shows back in the 50s
in St. Louis and East St. Louis.
.....Hugs. Matt
